1.EMS (Express
Mail Service)
It will take 4-5 days from Japan to reach anywhere
in the world.( To your home or to the destination.)
A tracking number will be
given to you and you can track your item on the internet.
Free insurance is
given on orders up to 20,000 YEN. ( For a currency converter click here.)
2.SAL (Surface
Air Lifted)
It will take about 2 weeks for
you to receive your item. There is no tracking method for this option and no
free insurance. Please see here for the cost of insurance for sending items by
SAL.
3.By sea It will take 2-3
months to deliver your item and there is no tracking method available.

4.Private Company.
We
can use the private companies such as DHL, Fedex, YAMATO, PERIKAN etc.

What About Insurance?
Shipping Insurance Products shipped
by EMS have free insurance on orders up to 20,000YEN. If your order is more
than this and you want insurance, you will have to pay 50YEN per
10,000YEN. (EX: Item 80,000YEN insurance will be
300YEN.) [80,000-20,000=60,000: 60,000/10,000 X 50 =300.] If you need
insurance for the products shipped by SAL or by sea, the cost will be 50YEN per
10,000YEN

Insurance The Products Bought From a
Shop According to the shop's policy, we guarantee you will receive the item
in good working condition, or , when necessary, you will receive a full refund
for broken items.
The Products Bought From Online Auction. ( Yahoo Japan
auction, etc.) There is a possibility that the items will be broken, or the
seller will steal our payment without shipping the items. If this happens, we
will not give you a refund. So far, we have not had any troubles when we deal
with sellers from Yahoo Japan Auctions. But, we will not guarantee that all
items bought on Yahoo Japan Auctions will work. Also, items may get lost during
shipment. However;we will do our best to make sure things run smoothly.
